At Let’s Go Machu Picchu, we take pride in offering professionalism and expertise that accompany you in all the programs and activities we provide. Our mission is to meet the requirements across various packages that we offer.

To Confirm Your Reservation, We Require the Following:

  • Photo or scan of your passport
  • A photo of the passports for all members of your group (scanned or jpg) including: names, surnames, passport numbers, dates of birth, and nationalities (all sent through the email chain exchanged with the sales department at reservations@letsgomachupicchu.com).
  • Advance Payment of 50% of the Total Amount

We also require a 50% advance payment of the total amount in dollars through one of the payment methods mentioned in the following lines. This advance is applicable to any of our services: Tours to Machu Picchu via train, adventure hikes to the Inca Trail, Salkantay, Rainbow Mountain, tours in Cusco, and other destinations.

IMPORTANT: All payment methods have their respective commissions, and these are assumed by the customer. Our staff will provide you with the commission calculation in your quote.
